Projects beyond the 1-project limit and any private projects will be archived. Your data is preserved but the projects become read-only. You can reactivate them by upgrading back to Pro, or by making them public and reducing groups to 5 or fewer.

Yes. Go to your project's team page and click "Transfer Ownership" on an existing member. They'll receive an email to accept. Both users must be on Pro if the project is private, or if the recipient already has an active project.

The Free plan lets you explore Shiplist at no cost. You can upgrade to Pro at any time and cancel whenever you like.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Creem's secure checkout.

Creem is the merchant of record for all Shiplist subscriptions. They collect and remit VAT on our behalf, store your billing details and tax records, and issue invoices. Prices shown exclude VAT — the applicable rate is determined by your country at checkout.

When you delete your account we permanently remove your personal data and all project content from our systems. As the merchant of record, Creem independently retains billing and tax records for the period required by applicable law. This is outside our control and is necessary for VAT and financial compliance. For questions about Creem's data retention, refer to their privacy policy.
